RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

We want customers to receive products that are complete, functional, and consistent with their order.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in resalable condition;
- Returned with its original packaging;
- Complete with cables, manuals, accessories, and promotional items;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Products with removed serial numbers, physical damage, signs of misuse, unauthorized repairs, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.
Defective or Incorrect Products
Customers who receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Photos or videos may be requested so that we can confirm the issue. When the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
Return Authorization
Do not send products to the company’s registered business address without receiving return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed. Approved returns must be shipped to the address provided by our support team.
Return Shipping
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping when the return is based on preference, compatibility, or an accidental purchase.
Volt Edge will cover reasonable return costs when we confirm that the product was defective, damaged during delivery, or different from the item ordered.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Financial institutions may require additional time to display the credit.
Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing or fulfillment has started.
