SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Volt Edge works to process and deliver every order as efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment approval. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Estimated Delivery

Most orders are delivered within 7–25 business days after dispatch. Deliveries to remote areas, international destinations, or locations affected by customs procedures may take up to 30 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, customs inspections, holidays, or incorrect address information.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking details. Tracking information may take several business days to update after dispatch.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Volt Edge is not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly during checkout.

Address correction requests must be sent immediately to orders@volt-edge.shop.

Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Missing or Delayed Orders

Contact us if an order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period. We will review the tracking information and assist with the carrier investigation when appropriate.
